How can I create a Sirppy account?

You can create a Sirppy account when you checkout for an order.

Creating an account with us is optional. But it is always advisable to create an account to easily make future orders with us. You can use your account to view your orders or use it to cancel any unprocessed orders.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can contact us via the chat option or through the support page. 

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive confirmation from the bank.
